At Moore Law Center, we want to make our services accessible to as many people as people as possible. We offer short term (average 6 months) interest free payment plans to help with financial burden of defending a criminal prosecution.

It depends… If you’ve had a small amount of alcohol, it could prove your innocence. On the other hand, if you’ve had 2 or more drinks, it may be wise to refuse either the state administered breath or blood test.

If you’re going refuse the blood or breath test, it’s in your best interest to review the field sobriety test (FST) as well. It’s an all or nothing situation.
