At Bank of America, managed a multibillion-dollar consumer credit card portfolio and overhauled fraud recovery litigation. At Worldwide Asset Management, served as Vice President and General Counsel, built a litigation platform driving significant revenue, and assembled a national attorney network that led to acquisition by West Corp.

Private Practice Leadership
Founded the Law Offices of Gerald E. Moore and Associates, PC. The firm grew to 300 employees. Monthly gross revenue reached $20 million. Directed commercial, consumer, and government collections while managing litigation processes across multiple states.

Appointed by the Georgia Attorney General to the Department of Law. Assisted the Department of Revenue with the collection of delinquent tax accounts. Served in this role for ten years beginning in 2003.

Gerald Moore has served the Cobb County community beyond the courtroom. He worked with the North Georgia Elder Abuse Task Force to help educate and protect older adults, and has served as a mock trial coach for North Cobb High School, mentoring students in courtroom advocacy.
