    At Bank of America, managed a multibillion-dollar consumer credit card portfolio and overhauled fraud recovery litigation. At Worldwide Asset Management, served as Vice President and General Counsel, built a litigation platform driving significant revenue, and assembled a national attorney network that led to acquisition by West Corp.

    Private Practice Leadership

    Founded the Law Offices of Gerald E. Moore and Associates, PC. The firm grew to 300 employees. Monthly gross revenue reached $20 million. Directed commercial, consumer, and government collections while managing litigation processes across multiple states.

    Special Assistant Attorney General

    Appointed by the Georgia Attorney General to the Department of Law. Assisted the Department of Revenue with the collection of delinquent tax accounts. Served in this role for ten years beginning in 2003.

    Appointed as a part-time night judge on Cobb County Magistrate Court handling arrest and search warrants. Later appointed full-time magistrate judge by former Chief Magistrate Joyette Holmes.
